Excite. Delight. Ignite.
As a long-time provider of senior care, we understand that engaging the mind, body and soul is key to a happier, healthier life. So we offer a wide range of life enriching programs that are sure to do just that.
From onsite activities like karaoke, cooking, exercise and crafts to offsite adventures like boating, camping trips, attending sporting events, visiting museums, and much more – opportunities for excitement and involvement abound at Kensington-Evergreen communities. No matter your age or ability level, we guarantee our life enrichment programs will spark fellowship, fun and fulfillment. We even personalize activities to meet your individual preferences and interests. Residents are also encouraged to try new things that they may have never considered before.
Plenty of fun, no matter the Season.
Seasons is our 52-week curriculum of life enrichment activities. In addition to regularly scheduled exercise and social hours, our communities plan special activities each week that are inspired by the season, a holiday or local events and attractions. These special activities may include trips, educational classes, parties and volunteer projects. All are designed to maximize wellness, as well as strengthen connections, encourage meaningful engagement and foster personal growth. Not a fan of group activities? There are plenty of options for individual pursuits too. It’s always your choice.
Seasons is an intergenerational, ageless curriculum that creates opportunities for everyone—including those outside of the Kensington-Evergreen family. Your families, neighbors, friends, pets, schools and many other community groups are often invited to participate. And of course, the friendly Kensington-Evergreen staff joins in on the fun too!
Seasons is just one facet of Agemark’s exclusive wellness program, Lifecycles.
Check it off your Bucket List.
Another way we foster excitement and fulfillment? Our (very popular) List for Living program.
In groups or solo, we’ve helped individuals realize dreams big and small. Some are amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experiences, like throwing out the first pitch at a major league baseball game… at age 92. Other accomplishments are smaller, yet no less personal—like taking a pilgrimage to the family homestead or walking across the Missouri River on the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge. And some are just plain fun—like trying sushi for the first time or having a blast at a local water park.
Granting wishes is just one more way we help you live life to the fullest.
