Feels Like Home.

At Evergreen, we offer both Basic Care and Assisted Living apartment options. Our first and second floor are licensed Basic Care. Our third floor is all Assisted Living. Each floor offers two room types.

  • Inside Window Apartments.
  • Outside Window Apartments.

All apartments include basic services and amenities, including a 24-hour nursing staff, all meals, transportation, utilities including cable-TV, plus our extensive activity program.
