Monthly rates are determined by suite size and include all services and amenities. Included care services consist of 24-hour care staff, nurse consultation, wellness checks, and help with scheduling appointments.
A licensed assisted living facility, The Evergreen Inn qualifies for most long term care insurance benefits. Some residents may be eligible for subsidy through contracts with the State of Washington for assisted living, mental health, or EARC.
There is no investment or long term commitment required at The Evergreen Inn. Residency is a month-to-month agreement, and monthly rates start as low as $1,625.
A limited number of furnished suites are also available, for those who desire a short term stay for a daily rate.

Initial and follow up health assessments are used to determine if additional care is needed to assure successful residency. When appropriate, supplemental care encourages both independence and wellness.
There are two options for added care. Rates are determined by the number, type and frequency of services provided. These services may include medication assistance, bathing and dressing, diabetic care, incontinence care, and many other services.
Additional care starts at $550 per month.
