Monthly rates are determined by suite size and include all basic services and amenities. Included care services consist of 24-hour professional staff, on-site nurse, wellness checks, and help with scheduling appointments.
Licensed for both Assisted Living and Basic Care in North Dakota, The Kensington qualifies for most long term care insurance benefits. Some residents in Licensed Basic Care may be eligible for State subsidy assistance.
Monthly rates start as low as $2,150 for Licensed Assisted Living, and as low as $2,550 for Licensed Basic Care.
There is no investment or long term commitment required at The Kensington. Residency is a month-to-month agreement.
A limited number of furnished suites are also available, for those who desire a short term stay for a daily rate.

Additional care services are available to those in Licensed Assisted Living for additional, per-service rates. For example, medication assistance is availabe for $300/month, personal laundry for $150/month, daily morning cares for $100/month, etc.
