Services to meet every need

At The Kensington, all rates include these services:

• 24-hour security and professional staff
• A lovely suite with private bathroom
• Three delicious meals plus snacks every day, with menu choices at every meal 
• Weekly housekeeping & linen services 
• Utilities, Cable TV and maintenance service
• Scheduled local transportation, seven days a week
• Family Traditions events
• Full activity program, including evenings and weekends
• Basic health care, including wellness checks, on-site nurse consultations and help with scheduling appointments

Licensed Basic Care qualifies for State funding and is available on First and Second Floors.

• In addition to the services listed above, those living in Licensed Basic Care may receive help with medications, bathing, staff reminder, personal laundry service, wheelchair assistance, and incontinence care as needed

Licensed Assisted Living is available on Third Floor.

• In addition to the services listed above, those living in Licensed Assisted Living may receive medication assistance, personal laundry service, morning and evening cares, and bath assistance for individual, per-service fees.

Independent Apartments offer yet another option.

• Spacious suites are an affordable alternative. The monthly rate includes many amenities, and additional services are available a la carte.

Special services include trial or respite stays, furnished guest rooms, and guest dining. Pets are accepted as long as they are well cared for.
