The Kensington offers the following services for one monthly rate:

• 24-hour security and care staff
• A lovely studio, one- or two-bedroom suite, with private bathroom
• Three delicious meals every day, with menu choices at every meal 
• Laundry, housekeeping and maintenance service
• Unlimited local transportation, seven days a week
• Family Traditions events
• Full activity program, including evenings and weekends
• Emergency call system
• Basic health care, including wellness checks and on-site nurse consultations

For those who need more than basic health care, additional care services are available, such as help with medication, bathing, dressing, or diabetic care.

Special services include trial or respite stays, furnished guest rooms, and guest dining. Pets are accepted as long as they are well cared for.
